My approach is client centred, which means that I will meet you at a place that is comfortable for you. Through offering a safe, non-judgemental environment, I will help you to see that you are the expert of your own life, and support you to identify your inner strengths and resources. I come to psychotherapy from an attachment based, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive perspective and draw from modalities such as mindfulness based practices, narrative therapy and solution focused therapy, among others. Whenever possible, I encourage creativity and draw from expressive arts therapies.
